The objective of the organization shall be to increase political influence of Latino Democrats at all levels within the party, work to register, encourage civic engagement and empower those of Latino descent to become lifelong voters; coordinating with the State party to recruit, train and help elect Latinos. Act as a voice and liaison between party and community.
